Automation · CRM · Dashboards · Paid ads

Half your team's day is copy and paste.

We build the systems that do it instead. Automations that move data between your tools, a CRM where every lead actually gets followed up, dashboards that show the numbers without anyone building a spreadsheet, and ad campaigns wired to all of it.

Thirty minutes. We map where the time goes and tell you what's worth automating first.

What we build

Four pieces. Usually you need more than one.

Most businesses don't have a software problem. They have six tools that don't talk to each other and a person in the middle moving things by hand.

01 / AUTOMATION

The copy-paste stops

Your tools get connected so information moves on its own. A form fills in, and everything that used to happen afterwards just happens.

  • Tool-to-tool integrations (Make, n8n, Zapier, custom)
  • Document and invoice generation
  • Client onboarding that runs itself
  • Internal alerts where your team already works
02 / CRM

One place every lead lives

Set up properly, cleaned of the mess, and built so follow-up happens whether or not somebody remembers.

  • Setup and migration from whatever you use now
  • Pipelines that match how you actually sell
  • Automated follow-up and reminders
  • Lead scoring and assignment rules
03 / DASHBOARDS

The numbers, on one screen

Revenue, pipeline, ad spend and cash pulled from the source and updated on their own. No one builds a report on Monday morning.

  • Live data from your CRM, ads and billing
  • Built for the decision, not for decoration
  • Access levels per role
  • Alerts when a number goes the wrong way
04 / ADVERTISING

Campaigns you can trace

Paid acquisition connected end to end, so you can see which ad produced which closed deal instead of guessing from the platform.

  • Meta and Google campaign build and management
  • Conversion tracking and server-side events
  • Attribution back to revenue, not to clicks
  • Creative testing with a real read on results
How it works

Three steps, no discovery theatre.

You don't need a four-week audit to find out that your team retypes the same order into two systems.

1

We map where the time goes

A call and a look at your tools. At the end of it you get a list of what can be automated, ranked by hours saved against effort to build. That list is yours whether or not we work together.

2

We build the first piece

We start with the one that hurts most, not the one that demos best. You see it working on your real data, usually inside a couple of weeks, before anything else gets touched.

3

We hand it over

Documented, with your team trained on it. You own the accounts and the logic. If something breaks later we're reachable, but the system isn't hostage to us.

How we work

Built to be boring and to keep running.

Automation that needs babysitting is just a different kind of manual work.

Your stack, not ours

We build on the tools you already pay for. Nobody gets migrated to a new platform because it's the one we happen to like.

Measured in hours, then in money

Before anything gets built we agree on what it should save. Afterwards we check whether it did, and say so either way.

You keep the keys

Accounts, data and documentation stay in your name from day one. Leaving is always possible, which is the only reason staying means anything.

Small scope, shipped

Projects are cut into pieces that go live on their own. Nothing sits half-finished for three months waiting on a grand plan.

FAQ

Straight answers.

I don't know what should be automated. Is that a problem?
No, that's the normal starting point. Nobody sees their own repetitive work, because to them it's just the job. The first call exists for exactly this: we look at how a week actually runs and point at the parts a machine should be doing.
How long does something take to build?
A single automation is usually days. A CRM rebuilt and migrated, or a dashboard pulling from several sources, is two to four weeks depending on how clean the data is. We'll give you a timeline after the first call, and the first working piece lands early rather than at the end.
We're small. Are we too small for this?
If one person is spending an afternoon a week moving data by hand, the maths already works. Small teams tend to get more out of it than big ones, because there's nobody spare to absorb the admin.
What does it cost?
It depends on scope, so any number quoted before seeing your setup would be invented. After the first call you get a fixed price per piece of work, agreed before anything starts. No hourly billing that grows on its own.
Do you take over our advertising too, or just the tracking?
Either. Some clients want campaigns run end to end, others already have someone on ads and just need the tracking and attribution fixed so they can tell what's working. Both are fine.
What happens if it breaks after handover?
Tools change their APIs and things break eventually. You get documentation so your own team can handle the ordinary cases, and a support arrangement if you'd rather it stayed our problem.

Let's see where your hours are going.

Thirty minutes on a call. You leave with a ranked list of what to automate first, whether or not we end up building it.
